Born and raised in Burbank, my father and mother sold real estate from the 1970's to the late 1980's. Prior to selling real estate, I was a real estate appraiser for First Alliance Mortgage Company from 1984-1988. At First Alliance, I spent four years as the chief appraiser receiving top honors for the Los Angeles County Branch. Having an appraisal background, my colleagues view me as a the foremost authority in real estate value. 

I worked for Thomas Realty from 1988-1991 and in my first year, I received "co-rookie" of the year for my outstanding sales performance. In 1991, I joined Re/Max. During the last 15 years with Re/Max, I have received 100% club honors every year since. In 2001, I qualified for the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

"The San Fernando Valley is a terrific place to sell real estate.  My family has been selling residential and commercial real estate in the valley since 1970. Prior to real estate sales, I was an appraiser. Since entering the real estate sales profession, I have received top awards in sales performance year after year, including the Re/Max Hall of Fame award. I was born and raised in Burbank and still reside here along with my wife, Julie, and our four children, Cameron, Kevin, Kyle, and Cory. We enjoy golfing, camping, skiing, and many other family outings. I also enjoy coaching my boys little league baseball, Pop Werner tackle football, and park-league basketball.  I've held board positions at Burbank High boosters and Burbank Vikings football."

While working with buyers and sellers to achieve their goal, the most enjoyable aspect of my profession is the excitement of the "accepted offer."  Whether it is purchasing the house of their dreams, making that smart investment purchase, or selling the family home to begin retirement, I find it most rewarding helping my clients with life's next step.
