I am writing to give my wholehearted recommendation for Craig Hunter, who went beyond the call of duty in assisting in the sale of my aunt's home in Burbank.

Craig served as a realtor for us during a difficult time. My aunt, who owned a home in Burbank, had health problems that necessitated her moving quickly to be near family near Texas. I coordinated the sale of the home having been given power of attorney by my aunt. Given this situation and the fact that I am located in Alabama, it was complicated but essential that we sell the property.

We asked Craig to serve as our realtor based on strong recommendations from trusted friends. I interviewed other realtors, but Craig's enthusiasm and trustworthy demeanor made the choice simple. I was not interested in working with realtors who would "farm out" the listing (as is often done) to subordinates or novice realtors. Nor were we interested in working with realtors who had no personal ties to the community. These and other factors led to our asking Craig to work with us on selling the property.

I was impressed by the way he gave us advice on how to sell the house and the asking price. He was neither pushy nor evasive during the delicate stage of negotiating with a potential buyer. His sense of ethics and honesty were refreshing. The house sold quickly, in large part due to Craig's enthusiasm and overall competence.

Perhaps what I appreciated most was the way Craig handled the details at this point. There were, of course, numerous large and small matters that needed to be addressed-all the way from signing dozens of papers to getting rid of a few items we had to leave at the house. Craig got the job done, and this was not easy given the distances involved (California, Texas, Alabama) and the way we had to sell the house through a newly-appointed trustee for my aunt's estate (me). I am not sure what we would have done without him.

In short, I would never hesitate to use Craig's services again. I offer a wholehearted and unmitigated recommendation to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home: you can trust Craig Hunter.
